empowering ourselves

how do we empower ourselves?

well how i see it in a world that is turning online

my opinion is to tell our story

be seen and allow these energies holding us captive

to release

out with the old in with the new

we open a gateway through our hearts

allow us to not only be available to helping others who may have gone through something similar

but we empower ourselves, bringing back our voices

we matter

every one of us humans on this planet

all have a story

why is it important?

well it doesnt have to be

but what if we cared enough about ourselves that it did matter

and what if we started caring about others enough to want to help change their stories

how do we do that?

simply by putting ourselves out there

by talking about it

sharing our own light

our own trials and tribulations

how we made it through

how we overcame darkness

how we bathed in the light of our own greatness

i dont know if there will be a day where trauma doesnt exist

and if that day never comes, then we have to continue speaking out

giving hope

receiving hope

that a new day will come

where we are free from the chains that bind us to these old stories

i think this is the most powerful way to really shift

and i say this because i see the world shifting to online

how we can connect

age of aquarius

connecting with people at a greater scale

finding our own tribes

we can make incomes and share with others through platforms that are at our fingertips

we use them everyday

what stops us from sharing and thinking we can make a difference

our minds

beliefs

entrapping us

breaking ffree from this so we can allow a new earth to be created

i may be light years ahead of myself

but i see it being very powerful in my own life

releasing fears and stepping into something that feels less constrictive

isnt that what we want in life?

to feel free

and yet we stay imprisoned

believeing the shit we are told

the entirity of our lives

sometimes being controlled

to deconstruct these beliefs

and find where we want to be is the first step

how we want to live our lives

i see how every step i have taken has been meaningful and with purpose

and yet i had no idea i was being lead to something much greater than i had anticipated

i think that people enjoy connecting online

it takes a personal approach to an impersonal reaction

we are our most selves when we are alone with our phones glued to our faces

and we connect

and yet we have never met them

never interacted

how do we even know them

other than they are a reflection of self

who we want to be

that connection

is self to self

through a veil of illusion

allowing us to be lead closer to where we dream to be

telling our story and putting ourselves in the seat of creating

changes things

we see ourselves

deeply, vulnerably

but thats where it starts

with anything

what if we were just talking to our friends?

isnt that what we want to create?

a freindship?

a connection

to help and serve others

and how do we connect with others in a way of friendship

by being a friend

if we dont know where to start

start with ourselves

we know ourselves better than anything else

believe it or not

be our own friend

what are our interests

what do we feel connected to

talk about anything

and see who you attract

thats what this is

law of attraction

on a large scale

do not fear yourself

that is a societal construct built to keep us stuck once again

i think that also contributes to the fear

it can be utilized through the journey of empowerment and knowing self

which kinda ties into a topic i wanted to talk about which is

creating from love

self protection is a main priority
