allowing the body to release
when we have dis-ease in the body
it’s uncomfortable
its an energetic dis ease
we are out of our alignment
with our core frequency
which is feels best to be free
free energetically
ease
water helps
as its a conductor of this energy
and allows flow
but when we feel dis-ease
breath is what we use to transform these feelings
somatic practice
we feel dis-ease
the energy
e-motion
energy in motion
is no longer moving
we are holding on
when we are not feeling
or holding on
we repress
and the energy - e-motion
is no longer in flow
this can fester
and cause actual disease
so okay
back to the practice
we place our consciousness in the feeling
taking the consciousness out of the mind
and we start to feel
and use our breath as the vehicle
to move this emotion
and i feel it come up around my nose and mouth
on the inhale
in my mind its like our energies communicating with the mind
allowing it to come full circle
stopping loops and repetitive cycles mentally
exhale we release with intention
intention means we are focusing on releasing this
when we repress
the intention is to hold on
detachment
we detach from the meaning of the feeling
which is where lowering our consciousness from the monkey mind
allowing our minds to stop the story line
because a lot of these energies are not ours and as sensitive people we can take on energies
if we take on others energies its a trauma bond to an attachment we have internally and the story will run
but these energies have been bonded to us because of the opening we have energetically which is in alignment to a trauma we have experienced
so the story will run
and these neuropathways are used to attracting and running these loops
but the energy can be released
the emotion
this dis-ease
and we release with breath
the vehicle
coming back to our ease
with intention
this is where energy clearing is beneficial because when we encounter other energies
they can come up
everywhere- stores, driving, thoughts, astral projection, people, places, things, energy is everywhere
and the mind gets confused
where is this coming from
or atleast ive noticed in my life lol
the story starts
and the stories are held in the mind
from the same story that the brain remembers when we felt the emotions originally
so detachment is key
so the story can stop
and the body can feel
release and come back to alignment
allowing focus to come back to the task at hand
clearing our energy regularly and allowing the body to feel
to release
detach
from the story
and come back to alignment
allowing the energy to flow in our bodies
we can sense these energies more easily when we are in touch with what our bodies natural rhythms are
when we notice okay
something isnt right
and thats where being aware of our own energies is so valuable
because we can then notice and understand when something isnt right
we will never stop the mind
but when the energy is released the mind usually quiets
it comes full circle and we can more easily feel
rather than placing meaning on the feeling, starting the mind in a loop
